At The Mustard Seed Centre CIC, our School Mentoring Programmes are designed to support, guide, and empower young people to reach their full potential both academically and personally. We work closely with schools to provide structured mentoring that addresses the real life challenges students face, helping them build confidence, improve behaviour, and develop a positive mindset toward education and life.

1:1 mentoring sessions
with trained, trauma informed mentors

Regular liaison
with school pastoral staff to ensure joined up support
Family engagement
where helpful to reinforce progress at home
Flexible delivery
sessions can take place at school, in community settings, or online
